Dons will work directly with cabin staff in matters relating to personal life, general camp experience, and community living. They work closely with a specified group of staff throughout the summer to intentionally develop the character and skill of the cabin staff. Dons care about the holistic health of staff and campers and they work alongside the Pastoral Team and the Camping Coordinator to promote an environment where both staff and campers feel safe, built up, and encouraged. Dons may be called on to fill in for sick staff members, help out various resource tasks, and teach up to two activity periods a day.
