We have an immediate opening for a junior/intermediate law clerk with a minimum of 2 years' experience in personal injury work. The position offers a collegial work environment as part of a small team with room for professional growth.
Tasks will involve requesting and briefing documents from third parties, namely health care providers, educational facilities, employers and government agencies. Client contact through correspondence, email and telephone will also be expected. File creation and organization as well as scanning and indexing in Primafact will be a daily task. Applicants must hold a college diploma from a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
