Candidate must have bookkeeping knowledge (we use Simply/SAGE), knowledge of monthly tax remittances (HST, payroll taxes, etc.). Knowledge of logistics/shipping. We ship all over the world so candidate needs to know how to prepare customs documentation, dealing with customs brokers, freight forwarders, customers and suppliers.
Knowledge of 'Word' and 'Excel'. Experience running a small business would be beneficial. Must be able to multi-task. Lots of training will be provided. Annual salary $50-60,000 but is negotiable.
Basically someone who has had experience managing a small import business with knowledge in accounting would be ideal.
