We are hiring 10 Permanent Within Educators in London, Ontario to join our centre teams in September 2022.
The Educators joining London Bridge will be placed at one of our 11 locations in London. To find out more about our centre locations please visit www.londonbridge.com/centres. Our centres are open Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 am – 5:30 pm. Shifts will be determined based on centre needs. Positions available vary between 25-40 hours per week.
We are looking for educators who are passionate, creative, and intentional in their work with children, colleagues, and families.

Educators at London Bridge:
o Are committed to building strong community connections through their daily interactions with children, colleagues and families
o Engage in conversations with different perspectives and are committed to professional learning and personal development
o Strive to provide a holistic experience for others while considering our three pedagogical orientations (The More Than Human World, Anti-Bias Education and How Does Learning Happen?) in practice
o Take initiative, are self-motivated and flexible in balancing program responsibilities and cleaning duties

About You

You believe that children are competent, capable, natural explorers of their world. You envision your role as a facilitator of learning opportunities in everyday experiences; to be successful you too need to be curious alongside the children, and reflective with your colleagues. You continuously work to deepen your understanding of the culture you create inside a classroom.

You bring the following qualifications:
o Registered Early Childhood Educator qualification, or,
o Post-Secondary degree/diploma in related field
o If applicable, a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
o Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child development
o Passionate about/or interested in Emergent Curriculum and our Pedagogical Orientations
o Experience working with children 0-4 years of age
