We’re seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about Off-Roading , trail riding and performance, such as: How to increase your vehicle’s suspension performance Differentiating with a new exhaust system, lift, wheels and tires How add extra utility to your multi use truck Toy with your vehicle’s look, sound and feel both on and off road. Off Road Addiction is in search of a motivated, high energy sales leader who can lead our focused team to a new level. Skills should include strong closing skills, inventory management, team building and salesperson development. You'll work directly with our management team and have excellent support and resources to do your job. A focus on used aftermarket auto parts and lifestyle brand experience would also be a good skill to bring to this career opportunity Primary Duties: Coaching, leading and training sales team. Growing and exceeding dealership targets. Demonstrating high ethical standards in daily sales activities. Ensure a high level of customer service at all times. Inventory Management. Maintain and expand product knowledge. Our Ideal Candidate will Possess: Desire to win Team building and leadership skills Have excellent verbal communication with a pleasant demeanor 1 to 3 years of consecutive sales experience in the automotive industry Previous Sales Management experience Committed to Customer Satisfaction Valid G Class Driver’s Lisc.
