Prerequisites Experience working with children and youth/past experience in camping ministry are requirements. Previous experience working as a peer leader with students/young adults is considered an asset. Overview Dons will work directly with cabin staff in matters relating to personal life, general camp experience, and community living. They work closely with a specified group of staff throughout the summer to intentionally develop the character and skill of the cabin staff.
