BEHAVIOURAL: The candidates should be able to work in a very fast paced environment, meet deadlines, possess excellent interpersonal skills as team work is essential.  Strong organization skills with a customer service mindset is critical as well as reliability and dependability. 

Responsibilities include:

  1. Heavy outbound calling to Cold and Warm calls prospects to generate new sales interest – deal makers
  2. Selling our products to current and prospective customers through means of phone calls
  3. Conducts follow-up of leads and customer retention/service calls
  4. Generate additional sales revenue by cross-selling
  5.  Answering potential questions to overcome resistance and   objections;
  6.  Calculating and quoting prices, negotiating with customers, and closing the sale;
  7.  Entering customer information into database and maintaining accurate sales reports

 Requirements:

  • Great listening, presentation and closing skills
  •  Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  •  Quick thinking, problem resolving attitude
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, competitive and goal driven environment
  •  Demonstrated knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections and closing sales
  • A minimum of one year Outbound Telemarketing experience within a Call Centre environment
  • High attention to detail
  •  Strong working knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
