Job Description

London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® is currently seeking a permanent full time  Front Receptionist/MLS® Specialist . This position is responsible for supporting our Matrix MLS® system database and to provide service to our Members.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who will greet our members at front reception or by telephone in a positive and supportive manner

Responsibilities
To handle all MLS® data related issues/questions that arise from the Brokers, Salespeople or the Brokerage’s Administration staff.
Act as the first line of communication either at the front desk or by telephone and to direct people accordingly.
Knowledge of all data entry processes including listings, amendments, sales, extensions and to provide back up for other processing staff as required.
Set up and provide essential services such as Lock Boxes, Active Keys/EKeys.
Receive and resolve all Data Integrity Service complaints.
Fill store orders.
To ensure that all MLS® data received either from the Members or through Interboard is processed in a timely manner.
To monitor the MLS® mail and process the work accordingly.
Recommendations regarding policy issues.
Process payments and sales at front reception.
Perform other related activities, as necessary or as assigned.

Working Conditions

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Occasional attendance outside of these hours may be required for implementation/support/repair of critical business systems at association related functions/events.

Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 lbs.
