Key Account Sales Management – Life Sciences

Take a leadership role in the development and evolution of the company’s Silicone Injection molded product offerings specifically for its largest Market Segment – Life Sciences (Medical and Food device industry – disposables). Work with Sales Representatives, prospective and existing customers, industry groups.
We require a Key Account Sales Manager who will be responsible for:
Working directly with customers to manage and develop a sales pipeline, as well as provide technical sales expertise with other sales professionals across the organization
Must be a self-motivated and business-focused team player with demonstrated ability to grow market share with existing customers
Identifying and developing customers for our Life Science products
Preparing and developing, presentations, reports and statistical data in support of the Marketing & Sales manager
Managing key Life Science house accounts not covered by Sales Representatives, in North America
Coordinating the relationship with and activities of our Sales Representatives for targeted Life Science customers and prospects
Providing support for promoting new products or technologies
Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions
Supporting convention and advertising activities
Coordinating day-to-day sales activities
Championing the segment specific sales process; mentors and trains as needed Sales Representatives
Preparing detailed reports and action lists
Participating in regular department meetings
Participating in trade shows and conventions
Conducting other work activities according to established job instructions and follow procedures and practices of Starlim North America Corporation
Supporting Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives throughout the facility, ensuring safety, housekeeping and quality standards are maintained
Other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by Manager / Supervisor
Do you have?
University degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
More than 2 years’ experience in Plastic or Rubber Injection Molding industry specifically in product development or processing is highly desired
Hands-on technical skills with the ability to learn company products and technology, consisting of Plastic or Rubber materials.
Successful candidate will also have:
Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication and presentation skills
Excellent leadership and people skills; demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in technical and non-technical environments
Experience with running and executing the sales process utilizing ERP and CRM software
Domestic and international travel is required
Must be able to work nights and weekends as required
