Currently, we are seeking a passionate, highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR). The successful candidate must demonstrate great attention to detail and order entry accuracy to inbound sales orders and all aspects of the sales cycle.
In this role the CSR must go above and beyond to meet our customer service standards, while providing superior telephone and communication skills at all times. The CSR will be responsible for handling inbound general inquiries, processing efficient data entry of detailed and accurate orders, and escalating calls or inquiries to the CS Coordinator, as necessary. Integrity, accountability, adaptability and team work are core components of this position.
Ensure optimal client satisfaction via professional, enthusiastic and friendly service with all clients and team members
Answer inbound telephone sales calls, answer emails and assist with front counter customer service
Coordinate detailed and accurate intake of information
Provide excellent communication skills
Qualify and maintain a database of new and existing customers
Proficient in English language, mathematics (measurements/fractions), and proof reading
Able to accept and learn from constructive criticism; as well as, identify and escalate issues to supervisor in a proactive manner
Update product knowledge by learning new products
Efficient data entry and typing skills with rigorous attention to detail
Strong computer skills; internet savvy with advanced proficiency of Google search, various web browsers, MS Office suite and POS software
Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Active listening skills; ability to work effectively under pressure
High school graduate with college, post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Operational hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday thru Friday, with flexibility to accommodate pre-approved overtime, as company need requires
Must have own transportation
Fluently bilingual (French) – both spoken and written
Previous experience with Sage – Business Vision Essentials
