Job Description

Kent Group Ltd. is a London Ontario-based company specializing in data, analytics and consulting in the downstream/ retail petroleum industry in Canada and part of the global Kalibrate group of companies.  The company is currently seeking an office administrator with a broad skill base and a willingness to develop new ones, to work with management and the Kent/Kalibrate team.
Job Duties/ Scope
  • Basic support for accounting as needed
  • Provide support and documentation to HR department as needed
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment
  • Engage and monitor service providers
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Manage all office administrative duties
  • Other duties as required
Position Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills, self-motivated
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
