Job Description

The Position: The Services Coordinator provides administrative support to TMML’s service activities; equipment repair, maintenance and installation. The coordinator interfaces with customers regarding open service requests as well as ensures requests are handled in a timely manner. This position supports the service team in prioritization, resource allocation, organization and transaction processing. The position also contributes to customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and proactive communication for any open servicing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures proper coordination of repair service activities.
  • Maintain service parts inventory.
  • Provides scheduling assistance for field service and installations.
  • Ensures expenses for installations are tracked and recovered.
  • Processes manufacturer’s invoices for services.
  • Ensures return authorizations are processed.
  • Act as liaison with customers regarding technical support, service parts, estimates, repairs and delivery dates.
  • Ensures prompt response and follow up to all customer inquiries.


Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:

  • College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Solid problem solving ability.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, MS Office Software and Inventory Management systems.

Essential Duties:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23kg).
