Job Description



Graham Scott Enns, a client focused, mid-sized professional accounting firm, is looking to add to our team of professionals at our St. Thomas office.  We pride ourselves on developing a well-balanced team of professionals, built to get to know and provide superior service to our clients.    We currently are seeking to add an IT Administrator, as follows:
 
IT Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate, maintain and support all computer related hardware, software and security for our St. Thomas and Aylmer physical locations as well as remote access
  • Maintain and monitor functions of the system
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve routine computer and peripheral issues
  • Liaison with internal team, vendors and consultants
  • Support expansion and growth of network systems
     
Qualifications
  • College diploma in Information Technology and/or combination of relevant education and training
  • Minimum three years experience
  • Thorough understanding of MS Office, Microsoft active directory, Microsoft exchange
  • Experience/exposure to VMWare virtualization, Microsoft Windows Server
     
Skills
  • Ability to quickly understand and support new applications
  • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving computer problems
  • Proficient in a Windows based software environment  
  • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
