Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly customer service and administrative professional with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills who is bilingual. In this newly created position, you will provide a broad range of administrative duties in support of the Operations Team and other action project implementation team(s).  

Responsibilities
  • Reception duties (greet visitors, keep reception area tidy and receive deliveries)
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Team and action project implementation team(s)
  • Back-up for Administrative Assistant for mail, courier and purchase/replenishment of supplies.
  • Assist educators with enrollment process, answering queries and advocating for the program
  • Provide timely customer support to educators including responding to inquiries received via email and submitted our customer support platform (Chatbot)
  • Sole support for francophone educators participating in assigned action projects; assist with translation of technical inquiries
  • Monitor action project data submissions for data integrity, work with educators on data quality improvements and report on data submission rate

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education preferred
  • Bilingual (English and French) required
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in customer service and/or office administration
  • Demonstrated  customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to deliver high quality, professional customer service and administrative support
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional, Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills to coordinate work on multiple projects and for multiple people, some of whom work from virtual offices

This is a full-time, 1-year renewable contract, includes benefits and is based at our National Office in London, Ontario.
