The Position
You will deliver extraordinary technical service in the field to our customers in South Western Ontario and the surrounding area. With an exceptional customer-focused mentality and strong communication skills, you will address the maintenance needs and concerns of our valued dental customers in a friendly and professional manner.

The Candidate
You have a minimum of 3 years related technical work experience in equipment servicing, combined with a post-secondary education in electronics, equipment servicing or equivalent. You have proven aptitude for performing installations, maintenance and repairs to small and large equipment as well as the ability to diagnose and locate component and equipment faults. In this role, you require the ability to understand blueprints, schematics and diagnostic manuals. You are experienced in inspecting and testing equipment and components, using electronic test instruments, tools and equipment. You are familiar with mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and computer hardware/software, in addition to having experience using hand, power and soldering tools. You have excellent time management and organization skills and the ability to quickly prioritize work and complete administrative requirements. You hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
