We are currently looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team.
  • Assist customers and sales with orders and enquiries
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Process customer orders
  • Ensure pricing and quantities of customer orders is correctly entered into order entry software
  • Liaise with production and shipping to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Cross-training  within the accounting department
Qualifications/Experience Desired:
  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications); ability to navigate multiple systems and windows concurrently
  • Strong Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of accounting ERP systems (SAGE, Business Vision, etc.)
  • Motivation/Commitment, adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • A real team player, willing to assist others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
