As a Collections Customer Service Representative you are responsible for managing your own portfolio of collection accounts and executing Canaccede’s established practices and procedures for contacting debtors and creating solutions for closing outstanding debts, including payouts, settlement plans and payment arrangements.

This permanent role requires shift flexibility during hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Our office is closed on Sundays so you're guaranteed at least one day off each weekend. In times when we have an increased volume of work, you will have the option to volunteer for extra paid time. At no time will the company mandate for you to work additional hours.
Our full-time employees are scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week within the hours of operation.Part-time employees are scheduled for less than 37.5 hours per week, based on business and employee need.
