Job Description


We are an IT firm providing technical support and IT solutions to small-to-midsized organizations here in London, Ontario. We are looking for an ambitious Technical Support Analyst that wants to grow with our company.


Provide network/technical administration and troubleshooting for all versions of Windows clients and servers, as well as mobile devices running iOS & Android.

  • Provide support for Active Directory, IIS, Terminal Services, DNS, DHCP, all Exchange versions and any Server related applications and/or services;
  • Support multiple custom network environments;
  • Troubleshoot & solve problems using remote support tools, visit clients on-site when required
  • Maintain and support systems, servers, firewalls, routers, switches and a variety of software applications;
  • Write documentation in support of infrastructure;
  • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve data networking related issues and/or design network solutions;
  • Evaluate and recommend new or upgraded products to enhance customer's networks;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues as they arise;
  • Provide timely and accurate progress status on all ongoing support issues, with an emphasis on client satisfaction;
  • Utilize in-house ticketing system to initiate and track all support issues;


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field;
  • Individual must possess good hardware, operating system and troubleshooting skills;
  • Strong oral, client relation and written communication skills;
  • Good project management and organizational skills;
  • Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
  • Any certifications are a plus


  • Employee must have his/her own transportation;
