This individual will provide support to our Training and Development Team located in London, Ontario. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities can include:
  • Update electronic training records
  • Create training licenses as required
  • Coordinate training sessions and meetings with external trainers, Managers, and employees as necessary
  • Support new employee onboarding sessions
  • Manage regulatory training, including assist with the coordination of regulatory training classes (PIT, TDG, First Aid) etc.
  • Support McCormick's Train the Trainer program
  • Support training material creation and editing
  • Report out on Annual Compliance Training progress for plant
  • Attend Training and Development Pillar meetings
  • Support Train the Trainer change management plan
  • Support site training initiatives, i.e. new capital projects, quality standards etc.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education relating to Training and Development or equivalent work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to respond to changing priorities and fluctuating workloads with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
