Job Description

London Training Centre is seeking a Coordinator for Allumette Banquet Staffing who will also act as a trainer/facilitator as part of the organization’s training team. Launched in 2005, Allumette is London’s Premier Banquet Staffing Agency with years of service and quality business relationships with the cities’ top venues and caterers. This salaried position includes responsibility for operational and administrative duties including business development, marketing, hiring, training, scheduling and service quality. The position provides a competitive salary and benefits.

The Ideal Candidate – will be a food/events sector professional with a minimum of five years’ experience. You will have an interest, background and experience in training and facilitation. Specific knowledge and expertise in banquet and fine service would be an asset. You will have strong administrative abilities, attention to detail, experience with MS Office programs and be able to work independently. You are a strong communicator and uncompromising when it comes to customer service and exceeding expectations. As coordinator you will instruct and guide your staff in service style and industry standards, and possess human resource skills.

A clean driving record and your own vehicle are a requirement for this fulltime position. Reflecting our customer service commitments, the hours of work for this position include occasional evenings and weekends requiring problem solving abilities and a can do attitude.
