Job description

Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable and expense control procedures including bank and account reconciliation, disbursements, finance charges, Billings, invoicing and preparation of bank deposits. Prepare year end statements for accountant. Process various reports on LoneWolf for staff. Charge agents accounts. Process weekly payroll. Prepare and submit monthly office Government remittances (HST, Source Deductions and Corporate Reports). Prepare T4's and Records of Employment. Close deals and pay agents.

Real Estate Accounting experience is a plus particularly in BrokerWolf software.
