Your primary responsibility is to provide customer service to clients by becoming the link between the client, our systems, and our carriers.

Here's what they’d like you to do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding transportation rates of goods
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to clients’ questions & requests
  • Meet strict deadlines and negotiate rates with vendors
  • Solve logistics issues quickly without interruption or delayed delivery times
  • Accurately document shipment details & updates in the computer system
  • Previous 3PL experience is required
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Knowledge of freight rates & the ability to negotiate
  • Professional demeanor & confident
  • Proactive with the ability to problem solve quickly
