Sales Representative – London, Kitchener & Windsor Area

Manitoulin Brewing Co. is looking for a motivated individual to be our Sales Representative for the London and surrounding area.   We are currently expanding and looking for a hardworking person to join our team – someone who can maintain and grow current relationships with existing clients as well as add new licensees and LCBO accounts.
Responsibilities would include:
  • Introduce our beer to new licensee customers
  • Grow LCBO sales in Southern Ontario
  • Maintain current relationships (including order taking and updates on new products) and look for new avenues to grow
  • Help co-ordinate local events
  • Make sure our products are getting to our customers in a timely manner
  • Track sales activities, invoices, accounts receivable and inventory
  • Develop weekly sales calls and follow-through
  • Report to management weekly
  • Potential to expand sales role into product types beyond beer
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the alcohol/hospitality industry
  • Strong, self-motivated individual to grow business with new and existing customers
  • Knowledge of draught systems and in-depth knowledge of beer
  • Smart Serve certified
  • Able to work independently
  • Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Comfortable with AGCO rules
  • Highly organized
  • Able to work evenings and some weekends

Compensation: We offer a competitive base salary plus commission
