About THINQ Technologies Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and communicative. They can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve the concern.
CSRs require strong listening and speaking skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns. They must listen carefully to customers to understand their needs in order to arrive at a resolution as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Strong communication skills are a must. Our CSRs interact with our customers by telephone, email, live chat, or other non-voice contact. They must write well, using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation to respond to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset!
Customer feedback is very valuable to the operation and direction of the organization. CSRs are responsible for gathering much of this information.
The ultimate goal of the CSR is to ensure excellent service standards, to create relationships and establish a high level of customer satisfaction.
THINQ Technologies Ltd. offers a competitive base salary with opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses and monthly incentives. After six months employees are placed on our subsidized benefits package.
To ensure the safety of our staff and continue operations to serve our customers, staff are currently working remotely from home based locations. Training will likely occur at the main office site while employing physical distancing measures until such time that the new employee is deemed ready and able to work independantly from a remote home location.
