As a professional with sharp attention to detail, the Gift Processing Clerk supports the Director of Operations with gift processing and other office administration matters.  You possess a positive and diplomatic interpersonal style and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Outgoing and enthusiastic, you enjoy independent work but thrive in a collaborative environment.  Your personal brand stands for integrity and you are a team player.  The health and safety of our staff, donors and dreamers is our top priority. If health restrictions allow, attending our office in London will be required. 

Key responsibilities and tasks will include:
  • Assist in the day-to-day basic operations of donation entry and issuance of tax receipts and letters
  • Field all initial calls from donors relating to tax receipting questions
  • Balance donation entries and deposit monies into bank account primarily online
  • Ensure staff adhere to defined procedures
  • Keep up-to-date documentation on procedures
  • Implement and enforce security requirements
  • Other administrative duties as required
