We are a busy plastic surgery and medical aesthetics office in London, Ontario. Our staff includes 3 surgeons, several nurses and a medical aesthetician. Our services range from plastic surgery and aesthetic gynecology to non-surgical treatments such as Botox, filler, lasers and skincare.
Job Description: We are looking to fill the role of Social Media Coordinator/Administrative Support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, experience with social media and basic graphic design, as well as high attention to detail and customer service.
Content creation and account management of company’s Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok accounts. This includes original photography, caption and content writing, original posts and stories, multiple times a week, shared across platforms. Monitor and respond to DMs and inquiries.
Writing and editing of blog content for website
Website copy editing, updating and oversight. Programming not required.
Podcast marketing and promotion to social media platforms.
Monthly newsletter content creation and administration.
Oversight and maintenance of retail skincare Shopify site.
Assistance at front desk/reception to check in patients, answer patient inquiries, cash out, scheduling.
Coverage of reception lunch and breaks.
Assistance with laundry and room turnover where required.
