  • A multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and financial programs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Intuitive and proactive on the search for areas to improve while maintaining a positive client experience
  • Knowledgeable of business acumen and maintain a professional demeanor

Our Ask?
  • Be the first point of contact for clients seeking services from Assante
  • Offer an assertive, confident presence to the company by being knowledgeable of our services and having the ability to answer client/potential client inquiries
  • Greet clients and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate colleague
  • Work with suppliers and coordinate the founding advisor, bookkeeping, and accountant relationship
  • Coordinate and track vacation, sick time, and professional development days
  • Monitor and implement TAG Blueprint [Tg1] and policies
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and integrity at all times
