What can you expect in this role?
Respond to incoming roadside assistance requests
Gather service request and location details from members
Input necessary information in system
Dispatch tow vendor to member
Answer product and service questions from members
Flexibility to work from home
Continuous support and training
Two weeks of paid training onsite before working remotely
What do you bring to the role?
High school diploma or equivalent
Evening and/or weekend availability
Strong customer skills (willingness to be patient)
Comfortable with basic data entry
Comfortable navigating multiple applications on a computer screen
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $14.25 per hour
