Job Description

Administrative assistant/Office Manager required for growing land development company consisting of mid-rise apartment buildings and residential subdivisions. Looking for a detail oriented and well organized individual to join our team and manage the day-to-day accounting of multiple joint companies.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience must include Sage50, MS Word and Excel, Outlook, weekly payroll, HST and source deduction remittances, monthly bank reconciliations, setting up new corporations and additional office duties as required.
