Can-Am RV Centre has been in the RV business for over 50 years, and we are looking for someone new to join our growing team!
We are in search of a hard-working, organized individual to join our Finance and Sales Team in an Administrative role.
RV Sales and Service have increased drastically over the last few years, so there is room for advancement within this role as well as within our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
· Supporting Financial Service Managers with administrative duties such as registering warranties, preparing licensing, prepping new customer pick up files etc
· Training alongside out Finance Managers to understand and learn the fundamentals of the office, to provide support during days off, vacation, overflow etc
· Working alongside the sales department to update and maintain CRM database
· Assisting the sales team with prep for Shows, Sales, and any other Can-Am Events
The hours for this role are 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 5pm on Saturday. This position requires Saturdays- so a day off during the week will be arranged at time of hire.
Travel will be required for RV shows, training etc.
We are not on a bus route so reliable transportation is required.
