We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support the accounting department with their day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties. The primary work focus shall be accounts receivable and accounts payable:
•    Manage day to day data entries, including but not limited to AP/ AR 
•    Payments based on Aging reports, following up on outstanding balances when required
•    Dealing with customers on a routine basis to ensure healthy AR aging 
•    Verify or reconcile bank transactions, complete deposits, or issue cheques
•    Administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, composing correspondence, 
•    Posting transactions to journals and ledgers
•    Processing invoices and posting payments
•    Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

We are also looking for an Operations Supervisor to support the Operations Team within a fast-paced warehouse environment.  The primary work focus shall be:
•    Maintain care and control of labour force
•    Develop loyal, empowered and engagement workforce 
•    Reinforce our culture and vision during every interaction with team members  
•    Mentour, coach and train staff in their job duties and responsibilities
•    Delivery performance evaluations
•    Responsible for organizational planning, metrics reporting and monitoring
•    Provide leadership and guidance while promoting a positive work environment
•    Work in a collaborative manner with all levels of management
•    Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
•    Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure corrective steps are taken  
•    Ensure productivity/ quality performance metrics are reached in an effective, efficient and safe manner 
•    Communicate with the customer providing exceptional customer service  
•    Ensure daily reporting of operational, attendance and quality requirements are completed

Hours:  We are a 24 hour operation and hours of work could be scheduled any time during that period.  At this time, we are looking for the Operation Supervisor to be placed on the Afternoon (2:00pm - 10:00pm).
