Job Description

SZEMENYEI MACKENZIE GROUP LLP requires a full time receptionist. An enthusiastic team player, who is adaptable and possesses strong multi-tasking skills, would be ideal.  Duties would include; general reception duties, greeting clients, booking meeting rooms, data entry, order stationary and supplies, route incoming faxes, as well as other tasks as assigned.  Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, organize and prioritize; together with good time management and computer skills would also be required.
