Summary of position
With a service-oriented mindset, the Corporate Administrator is responsible for overseeing processes and documentation that support efficient day-to-day operations of the office, while working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate on-site programs and activities.

Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do:
Assist in the preparation for internal meetings and customer visits, including scheduling and arranging room amenities.
Coordinate travel bookings that best meet traveler’s needs, arranging accommodations and ground transportation as required.
In partnership with the Information & Business Technology (IBT) team, maintain telephone and voice mail system ensuring telephone and voice mail database is accurate and up to date.
Take leadership role in organizing corporate events and programs (for example, holiday activities, retirement celebrations, and other corporate activities).
Facilitate the collection and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels, placing orders as required.
Oversee COVID visitor questionnaires and support other COVID-related tasks as required.
Assist with all other administrative duties and provide support as assigned.
If you’ve got:
High school diploma and a post-secondary diploma or certification in office administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in an office environment.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
