Humana Community Services’, LOFT program, is currently seeking applicants to join our direct support team as a Direct Care Worker. As a program designed to encourage and promote independence, we want our LOFT program participants to be confident in their development and future success. Successful applicants will be responsible for working with a diverse group of people, providing support and daily programming for our shared home environment. The successful applicant will provide support in life skill enhancement, while maintaining individualized support plans, recreational activities and being a positive role model. This is a 24/7 support site and includes evenings, weekends, overnights, and public holidays.
