Job Description and Requirements:
You are a self-motivated individual with excellent human relations skills. You have experience using custodial products, equipment and methods preferred. You have the ability to perform regular functions of lifting, sweeping, mopping, climbing ladders, operating equipment, and moving furniture & supplies under the direction of a senior employee. Reliable transportation and safety boots are required.
Successful candidates may be scheduled at any of our school sites in London, Middlesex, and Oxford counties. Hours of work will be between 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and weekends.
*** Before an offer of employment, a criminal background check for the vulnerable sector is mandatory.
All successful candidates must attend a paid orientation on Friday, June 30th.
Opportunity to continue employment throughout the school year working evenings and/or weekends.
Qualifications:
- Must be a minimum of 17 years of age
- Previous work experience that included light cleaning duties
- Must have reliable transportation
Start Date: July 4, 2023
End Date: September 1, 2023
Salary: $19.60/hour + 4% vacation Job Type: Casual (up to 40 hours per week)
