The Mission Store has opening for a Shift Leader / Key holder. The successful candidate will have individual shift oversight of the Mission Store by opening, closing, managing tills & product flow, while ensuring customer needs are met, customer concerns are managed well and both staff and volunteers are given guidance for roles, break times and expectations
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in Retail / Customer Service.
Extremely personable and adept at dealing with the public.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
General mathematic skills.
Good knowledge of effective merchandise presentation and displays.
Good knowledge of warehouse safety and process support.
Good working knowledge of Office 365 Teams and Outlook programs
Experience working with volunteers is preferred.
High School Diploma
Current WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, CPI Training would be an asset
French, Spanish or other language skills would be a strong asset
Position Details
24 to 32 hours a week (with occasional 40 hour week)
Wage: $18.00 – 19.88
