Job Description

To provide technical support to users of our in-house / Industry Standard I.T. Solutions

  • Collaborate with other members of the I.T. team to identify hardware/software issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Analyze and resolve break / fix issues via in person / telephone / email / remote desktop control
  • Educate end-users, customers/partners in the operation of our technology products
  • Actively contribute to our I.T. solution knowledgebase
  • Support end users with Microsoft Office and other Office Automation Applications
  • Support mobile staff
  • Multimedia support
  • Monitor Backup Status (performed Daily, Monthly, and Yearly)
  • Server support and maintenance (performed Daily and Monthly and Yearly)
  • Review and clean up system log files
  • Help end user find and maintain files on server
  • Microsoft Windows Network Support
  • Resolve internet / WAN communication issues

Skills needed

  • Completion of a three year College or University technical program
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keen analytical mind, advanced problem-solving skills
  • A team player
  • Good initiative, self-starter

  • Attention to details
  • Strong Windows 7 / 10 support skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and 2016
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Windows-based Network
  • An understanding of system backup recovery methods using industry standard products
  • In-depth understanding of Windows Active Directory system
  • Understanding of firewalls and protocols
