Job Description

Founded in 2003, Digital Boundary Group is a professional services firm providing information technology security testing, standards’ compliance assessments and training to clients around the World. Customers engage us to identify exploitable vulnerabilities in their information technology and application systems and have us provide recommendations on how to strengthen and enhance their cyber security posture.

We are currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically savvy individual to join our growing team as an Administrative Assistant!

Working alongside our Director of Partner Engagement, you will:

  • Create and update client data in the CRM database as required
  • Help draft, edit, and review Statement of Work and Request for Proposal documents
  • Prepare engagement intake forms / scoping documents
  • Track open engagement cases, and support the Director with closing engagement files
  • Prepare, review, edit and/or update various company and partner resources such as letters, templates, invoices, presentations, publications, marketing materials, and reports
  • Coordinate business development partner meetings, take notes, and track action items
  • Act as backup partner support when the Director is unavailable (e.g. Vacation, Sick, Travelling)
  • Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements
  • Present a positive and professional image of the company when interacting with business development partners, customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint) & Windows 10
  • Experience with Salesforce considered an asset
  • Experience with Clarizen considered an asset
  • General understanding of technology concepts
  • Exceptionally organized and resourceful
  • Excellent oral and written communication and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
