The Paralegal / Law Clerk, under the direction of the Director, Legal Services and Enterprise Risk, will primarily be responsible for preparing and filing court documents associated with Ontario Court proceedings, communicating with court staff, process servers and other parties involved in the legal proceedings, including defendants and their representatives as required.

This permanent full-time role requires availability during core hours of operation (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
