Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for assisting with inbound/outbound communications, analysing customer service trends and disseminating same to respective departments for action, supporting LTC’s social media platforms, and providing administrative support for the office of the General Manager.
You are experienced in the utilization of a variety of software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, are highly proficient in the use and understanding of current social media platforms and are an excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills. Further, you are able to effectively handle confidential matters, have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities within set deadlines, while effectively problem-solving and keeping organized.
You have completed post-secondary education in the area of business administration or equivalent, combined with a minimum of one year work-related experience.
Wage in the range of $24 to $29 per hour will be commensurate with skills and experience.
