TagsForHope is a young and exciting e-commerce start-up located in London, Ontario that is passionate about protecting and keeping pets safe all around the world. We design, create and manufacture our own products and support the local economy by manufacturing in Canada.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Answer all customer questions by phone, email, chat and social media
  • Provide customers with exceptional customer care
  • Keep our social media pages up to date with over 400k fans (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Interact with our non-profit partners (shelters, rescue groups) and retail partners and help them succeed with our partners program
  • Occasionally help package the products, preparing them for shipment

 

We are looking for someone who is…

  • Positive and has a great personality that makes people feel great
  • Comfortable interacting with customers by phone, email and chat
  • Able to work on the weekends
  • Ability to be patient and be extremely friendly with people, even under pressure
  • Fluent in English and has exceptional grammar and spelling
  • Hard working and willing to go the extra mile 
  • Long term oriented and would love to grow with our company
  • Super organized, dedicated and on time
  • Easily able to adapt to an everchanging work environment
  • A pet lover!

 

Our only requirement is…

  • Minimum of 1 year experience and formal training in a customer support role
