StarTech.com is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service & Support team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
We are looking for candidates who can fluently read and write in both English and Italian.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Advisory Team, the Bilingual Customer Service Advisor provides consultative customer support and advice to StarTech.com resellers and end-users. The team works together in a dynamic, motivating environment to provide outstanding support to IT professionals and end users.
This position offers a competitive salary and benefit package, as well as language and shift premiums. Our work week is Monday to Friday – no weekends! Training will be 7-8 weeks during regular business hours, after which straight shifts are scheduled for 2-3 months, based on employee preference, projected customer volume, and team strength.
