Job Description

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties including filing and scanning

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
Respond to questions and requests for information
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items

Bookkeeping experience an asset
